Hi David:
Sorry that we, Qualcomm engineers, cannot access customer's folder in document and download website.
I think you can try to ask your protocol or RF engineer to see if they have QDART/QRCT tool.
Normally, they should have it for RF calibration.
If still no, please contact TAM.

Could you show me the folder name which involves QRCT?
I will try to get it from document and download website.
If cannot get it, I will contact our TAM and check to see whether there is any legal issue or not.

Hi Customer:
We are targeting the 8650 3.2 ES release with release date of May 6th.

The latest QRCT has support for this.
You should be able to download it from document and download website.
You cannot get this, please contact TAM.
Maybe legal issue or ...
